Just remember that opioid rotation etc is usually done by professionals, usually within an oncology and palliative care setting.
Also remember that drugs obtained in Thailand may be different quality to what is in the UK. Different companies different white rooms.
With you on the benzo withdrawal - a picnic it is not.
