Glad I didn't drink
Last week I had a few really rough days...think it was cuz I was scared about a medical test. Managed to use combination of SR, talk to sober friend and meditation and didn't drink. Anyway, test is over, had it done today. So glad I didn't drink over fear. It was d@m hard, but I did it!
