100 Days - BIG thank you x
I have not had an alcoholic drink now for 100 days and feel fantastic! I just thought I would pop by and say a BIG thank you to all those that helped support me in the first weeks/months of recovery, without your wise words, advice and support I would not have made it through the first stage of recovery.
My life without alcohol is now fuller, happer, more confident and more fulfilling than it ever was when I drank.. so to all of those of you who are thinking about stopping or have just stopped please stick with it.. there will be times when it is really hard, when you have bad dreams, where you feel alone and the tempation to give up and start drinking again is huge.. but don't take that first drink.. you will get through it and you life will be SO much better, I promise.
