Progress!

That's all I can say. The first meeting went well.

I have a long list of numbers to call and will be returning to the clubhouse tonight.

I've admitted I was an alcoholic for a long time. Now comes the part of accepting it.

I'm glad you've decided you're ready for a new start - how was the meeting?

One great thing is the feelings come back and the bad thing is that the feelings come back.
Yeah, so true! It really is a relief, though, to stop running away from it all and learn how connect with ourselves again.

Remember, you're still going through some withdrawal, too, so just give it time and take it easy.... baby steps.

It went well. We went over the first step.

I admitted to powerlessness and took a white chip.

Even if I don't see eye to eye, its still a common problem that we share.

Excatly, just remain open minded and things will follow. And we are all who we are life would be so boring to see eye to eye

And the first step awesome. That is the only one that any of us have to do to perfection. Becasue if we dont then the other 11 dont mean a thing.

Take your time and just keep going and having a good time with fellow drunks.
