Congrats on 400 days! I'll strive to reach that number! Scotland rocks! I've been going there every year for the past 12 years and I don't even have any Scottish blood in me. Just booked my flight for next May!

My body is physically ruined I think,it certainly feels that way. As for my mind its not much different.

Ah Rossy, You have to give it a chance.
What do you do for yourself healthwise?
I went for a walk and got drowned in the rain today.
My mind was gone, so I figured a walk in the rain would be good.
4 miles!
But about half way around the loop, I began to see the cows and horses hiding under trees and figured, oh shoot! I am going to get struck by lightening and die!
I did have my rosary with me though. lol
