I'm glad you came back Rock. So, what can you learn from the experience at the baptism so that it doesn't have to happen again. Each small change you make can have a ripple effect in your life.

Welcome to SR Rock

I was not sure about the religious side of AA either, so I started my recovery journey with AVRT. It really helped me. There is a crash course online which is really helpful, and lots of information in the secular forum here too.

Thanks for the welcome back. Not sure what I'm going to try differently yet. I'm just hopping to get through today and start tomorrow again. I guess I won't try and look at the big picture cause I thought previously I could solve it all at once and failed miserably. For now, I'm just gonna look at today and make it through today. Take it day by day and not worry about next week but think of today
