I screwed up I used. I feel terrible. I don't even know why I did it. It was only half of a 30 but I still feel like a bad person. I was doing so well:gaah |
I'm going through the same frustration today. So sorry. This sucks but can only get better. |
You need to keep trying, learn from the experience and move on. :) |
I know that feeling, but get straight back to it. Just a slip, don't make it anything bigger. You can do this x |
It takes practice to learn a completely new habit. You can start again, and again, and again, until you get the results you really want. You're bummed out you used, that's a good sign you're on the right track. |
@30s... I think most of us here have been there... I know I have... at least a good dozen times... think of it like driving coast to coast... you're probably gonna make a few wrong turns here and there, but as long as you reach your destination you're golden. Cut yourself some slack, and don't fixx just for today. |
Your a good person with a disease that makes you think you have control. I have done the relapse time and time again, before I full accepted the fact that I cant have that first sip of the first drink. And got full involved in my AA program. You can do it, what ever path you chose with a program or not. Just dont drink even if your asssss fallls off. |
Hang in there. I know how you feel. I drink and have panic disorder; so when panic hits, it is so hard not to grab a beer. It will get better! |
Many of us faltered 30s...don't dwell...get rid of anything else you have, think about what else you need to add to what you've been doing....and move on :) Welcome sirrockspr :) D |
30's, Dee's right, throw away the rest of it, it's gonna be ok, you can do this, as Jeni said, it's just a slip! I think about you. |
