It's totally normal to be scared...you're leaving your family and going to rehab! Give it your everything and we will be here when you get back!!

I've never been to rehab, but I have spent many weeks in a hospital for depression and eating disorders. You will be fine- work hard and know I am rooting for you!

I cried when I decided to go to rehab...several times..all that emotion & anxiety burst into streams of tears...But it felt good after I let it go. What you are feeling is normal. Be willing to accept the changes and what is laid before you. Once you are over this initial anxiety, you will feel a calmness surround you. God Bless & good luck!
