Hello to all. I'm new

...and I'm just learning how to navigate the sober recovery site.

I'm interested in chat/information/resources etc., regarding Self Management and Recovery Training within this site, but I did not see anything associated with SMART on the resources page. I could be looking in the wrong place, though. I'm somewhat remedial when it comes to this kind of web-based navigating, unfortunately. But, I'll get up to speed in time ;0).

I would greatly appreciate any feedback that might help me locate a Self Management and Recovery Training chat/group on this site.
