Morning Workout

Well, it's been 36 hours since my last drink. This morning I woke up with a clear mind and clean conscious. I got my little boy up and got him ready for the day and headed off for the gym. I had an incredible, clear-headed workout and had more energy than I have in a long time.

Hell, if alcohol made me feel like this I would keep drinking

Great job, I am right behind you. I like adding the exercise to the plan.

Awesome job. Since I got sober that has been my morning routine. Get up, coffee, drive to base, kill myself for an hour and then recover in my office the rest of the morning. I love it. I haven't felt this good in years and I'm never gonna stop. I wish you the best.

I credit the workout clarity to not being dehydrated from the previous binge drinking at bedtime.

Awesome.
How much better I feel in the mornings is one of the things that keeps me going. And my dogs are getting more frequent, and longer, runs.

I love the workouts also , its all so rewarding.

And if your line if alcohol made me feel like this I would keep drinking, of course we all would

I like the line if I could drink like normal people I would drink everyday day, but been down that road and it just dont work. So life without it is just so much easier.
