For those who are thinking about drinking tonight...

DON'T. I woke up this morning and I feel great. I have the whole day to feel good. I am soooo selfish I want to feel this way every morning. I trying to absorb this feeling so I can remember it the next time I crave a drink. This is worth it.

Sorry Just wanted to share a positive.

I did have a drink last night. But I'm feeling good and positive this morning and your post really helped me.

I regret having the drink last night, but not letting it take over my day. I know my days are better when I'm clean -- I don't spend the morning with dehydration and toxins. I love waking up feeling good and vibrant and ready to tackle a workout DVD or to water the garden. I want to feel this good everyday, too.

That's great! I woke up with a migraine..... BUT I didn't have a hangover on top of it. So I'm with you - it was a good day!

It's not selfish to want to feel good! I think it is awesome. Feeling good in the mornings is definitely one of the things I hold on to. Feeling clear, having motivation. I love this feeling and I hope I never take it for granted.

Woke with that same feeling as well, it doesn't get better than this. On my way to the base to run on the beach for a few miles, clean up at the gym and this mornings service. Today is going to be a great day!!!
