Let it go Write a letter to anyone (or many people) in your life,
past or present, that you never intend to share with them....
when you put the letter(s) in the balloon, tie it to a string,
and watch the regret, anger, hurt, and sorrow float away into the sky,
may you feel the healing begin.
It's a simple act of making peace
- partly for them, but mostly for you and the loved ones who
continue to stand beside you.
