I'm glad you came back and I hope you can find a method to quit drinking before it kills you and/or hurts those around you. It's progressive, it always gets worse.

Welcome to your new life! I am so glad you posted.
I quit at 49. One thing to remind yourself is you did not get to where you now are overnight, so you will not get to where you want to be overnight. But you will get there if you keep moving in the right direction. Some days you will be marching. Some days you will be crawling and feeling your way in the dark. But you will get there.
You are amongst many new friends. SR and sobriety helped me change my life direction... It can help you change yours too.
