coming_clean

I'm clean of my DOC weed. Still.
However.
I have smoked cigarettes the last two weeks or so.
Twice i've bought a litre of beer, just to get a buzz.
But I really dislike booze anyways.
Still it's hard to come clean on that...drinking to get a buzz.
It had a week in between, and,

It could become a gateway, so it's gotta go, the sigs.
It's not really about the sigs, it's about CONTROL, about using an extern object (sig) to attach emotions at.

So...i'm thinking about making this day 0, instad of 112.
Thrown my sigs away.
Making tomorrow making day 1..again
This does not feel like failure.

Advice would be usefull.

Despite all. I'm proud and content about not relapsing on weed.

I had a nice little cross addiction going with weed, beer and smokes...anyone of them could trigger one or both of the others...

You've worked hard to be clean J - I wouldn't settle for being a little bit ok, y'know?

At least i'm consious
Not giving away/up my sobriety.
I refuse.
