Ok so i drank heavily for the past 3 days, i stopped today. I feel shaken, nauseated and vomiting, and i have a headache, im a little confused (like very very light delirium) Is this just a really bad hangover or am i going through withdrawal?

We're not qualified to say what you're going through or not going through, bloodwhip, and no Dr would be able to tell you that either, without seeing you. Maybe seeing a Dr just to be on the safe side would be a good idea? Take care of yourself.

Always better safe than sorry. Alcohol withdrawal is one of the few that can be lethal. Your best bet may be to seek professional medical attention.

I totally agree with MrsKing. Get yourself to a Doctor, just to make sure, and in the mean time drink lots and lots of water. Maybe some of those power drinks too, that runners use to replace electrolytes. BUT get to a Doctor.
