Yes, it could possibly be an increase in coffee. It could also be because you are dehydrated. Try drinking more water, perhaps?

If it's concerning you, I'd see a Dr. There could be many possible reasons.

I didn't mean that being sober would mean you are dehydrated, just meant that you could not be getting enough water in general, which could cause headaches. It could be for so many different reasons, though - stress, fatigue, dehydration, weather... I went through a period of having headaches on and off for a while, but eventually they went away - I don't know what the cause of them was, but it was probably something to do with stress!

not really a concern just irritating cause generally i'm not the kind of person that gets headaches. its feels quite dabilitating (sp) cause i just want to lay down and hope it goes away. have you guys suffered from this?

I agree with more water. Also maybe an eye test-many people find their eye sight improves when sober and need lesser prescription

Well this is something. I'm two months in as well and have also been getting headaches! A couple of times my vision has been a bit fuzzy.

The only thing I can attribute it to is drinking more coffee! I say we both ease up on the caffeine and see what happens.

Good to see a fellow Kiwi.

I had headaches everyday in my 2nd month Poosey. They went away eventually and it sounds like it's pretty common.

See a doctor. (not Dr Google, I have many illnesses since consulting him)
In my case, one sided headaches are seem to be dehydration.
But we can't give out medical advice here, we'll get told off

Caffeine can definitely cause headaches and coffee is a diuretic, causing dehydration. Do you get the headaches if you don't drink coffee?
