I am pretty darn happy with my ever public ups and downs. If I had the same ups and downs over the last few months, since arriving to SR, I most certainly would have missed the point of those lessons.

Keeping them private only gives them strength. I prefer to learn them and release them.

The immediate feedback to how I approach abstinence on SR is very affirming. Good, bad or indifferent.

I make no apologies for my viewpoints. I need not anyone's forgiveness. Approval not required.

If I ask you to bear witness to my successes I must also accept you bearing witness to my failures.

I will continue to use SR as one of my tools to gain understanding of the various perspectives to abstinence.

Witness the struggles and successes of everyone here and offer kind words as needed.

Abstinence makes the heart grow fonder.
