Cant sleep at all since i stopped drinking
You've received some very good advice so far and most of it has been helpful in looking at the intent of your post - you have difficulty sleeping and you don't like it. Let me give you this thing to ponder. Insomnia is part of withdrawal from alcohol abuse, and is a sign that your body is getting better. You have been dumping a depressant into your body by the gallon, and now, without it, your body is a little on the antsy side. Makes sense to me.
Stay the course, and you will soon be pleasantly surprised to sleep just like you did when you were a non drinker. It's great.

I drank myself to sleep for over a decade....it took a while to readjust to that but it happened...took me a couple of weeks. I really recommend real sleep over just passing out too.
Just a word, to everyone reading, on supplements - whats worked for others may not work, or even be suitable for you.
You should always check with your Dr, or at least your pharmacist

Insomnia is a very common side-effect for those who quit after an extended period of drinking. Whenever I tried to quit after a pro-longed bender, I would not sleep a wink for 3 or 4 days. You just have to ride it out and eventually you get a long, restful sleep..
