I had loads of first days Hunter - years worth...but only one after I decided to throw everything I had at my addiction.
There's many many things you can do instead of going to the store - go to an AA meeting, or check out other recovery groups if thats not your scene, you can post here instead...I can give you a link on urge surfing if you didn't find anything in google...
The point is - if you want to change? make the effort - give it everything you have and do whatever positive things you can think of not to drink
you'll be glad you did
