Good luck today! We all need to remember that we are better than drugs and alcohol. We can stay sober today! And tomorrow, we will be SO proud of ourselves and feel great!! I hope everyone has a fun, sober holiday.

absolutely agreed!!!! As i've said the other day..today is OUR holiday!!! It's the celebration of taking back our own independence...today...is OUR INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!!!

I'm going to a BBQ this afternoon, and though there will be plenty of drunks and drinks, the host himself does not drink. I love the people out there who make it normal to NOT drink. :)

Actually, our plans are to stay home, if you can believe that! The fire danger here is very, very high so there are no fireworks scheduled for tonight. We aren't up for doing the BBQ/outdoor party thing either, so we're going to stay home, cook some baby back ribs, and watch movies. Should be pretty tame. :D

My hubs has to work tonight so the kids and I are just hanging out at home watching twilight zone. I'm sure I'll drink to much green tea....my drug of choice now :)

I did not do good yesterday :-( I am glad u did though!

Just wanted to share something I believe. That there are two days which we in recovery dont worry about. One is yesterday because not even god can change that, and tomorrow because there is always that tomorrow. You only can control right now Today. :)
