Welcome! It's going to be really rough for the first few months to be honest. I recently relapsed after 2 years clean and I've now got 11 days sober. What I used to do the first time around getting clean, and am now doing again, is whenever I get the urge I just think about how I'll feel the next day. I would always wake up regretting it if I used but I NEVER NEVER NEVER woke up and regretted NOT using.
