On Day 15!
I have been on here before but never could make it past a day or two. 2 weeks ago I was forced to face this thing head on...and I'm now at Day 15 and feel great!!!
I won't lie and say that I don't think about having some but most of the time it's a fleeting thought. I'm feeling so much better, sleeping better and have lost almost 15 pounds in those 15 days!!
I finally did it and am working each day to keep it that way!
