I have to say it is just so nice to be up at sunrise and enjoy it, then do my meditation and readings. I couldnt stand to face the sunrise for decades, due to the blinding light on my eyes that looked like road maps. Now to face good and bad in reality each day is just so real and tangible.

So without having to escape life through that alcoholic daily living. And I can even say living put just barely surviving. I had built up such a false world for so long and finally at the end couple years there just was simply nothing left. No hiding it , I had nothing to live for except the next drink.

Having absolutely no resources left to deal with reality. I cant thank AA and SR enough for bringing me back from the depth of insanity. I may still lose it every now and then, but I am only a work in progress not perfection. In that I apologize for any some words I have choosen before without thinking them all the way through.

On my way to the doctor and yea buddy its already 90 degrees. Whoooo weeee. Its a 7 mile walk each way. Time to buck up and put on the sunblock. LOL.

I cant wait to return home to the air conditioning and then what will be a well deserved meeting.
