Welcome back... hope you are able to detox OK and find the support you need to help you stay away from beer. Good luck and all the best.

I did that for the last 2 years of my drinking....It almost killed me. I can tell you one thing I am sure of....What you are doing won't get better with time.

Take that as a stern warning from your body not to drink again.

I've been bottom-hurt by drinking to much for to long...its nasty. Time to get back with your recovery.

Ah, yes, another truly lovely side effect of drinking -- the unpredictable sharts. Ugh.

Welcome. Sounds like your body has had enough beer. You can stop. You just have to want to.

Yep, there are only a few muscles in the human body that can distinguish between the three states of matter, and the one you mentioned is the big one, but that only works if you are sober. Once you stop drinking, it becomes so much easier to follow a diet that gets rid of that whole issue.

So glad I quit drinking, for the sake of the sharts alone...
I'd almost forgotten about having to put extra TP there, for those 'just in case' moments.
Hope you can work a program of recovery and stop the madness.
