It feels like i've been sober for ages now. But I aint.

.

One day at a time.
The path I walk is alone. No AA/NA.
But this one-day-at-a-time thing is ESSENTIAL.
I really respect AA/NA literature for there is great strenght, truth and experience in there.

it is amazing how the time flies. It gets easier after 90 days. I found my thinking was less driven, although my emotions took another 3 months to settle down.
