I know that AA is in Japan and I also know that there are people there that can help. If I needed help with quitting drinking that's where I'd go.

it's great that you want to be completely sober.
you have been drinking heavily for a while (a bottle of vodka a night, is something even an experienced drinker like me would be tough to handle). i say this because you should be aware of medical complications if you decide to quit.
is it possible for you to go to the hospital and explain your situation? you might need to be under medical care for at least a day or two, while detoxing your body. also combining diazepam and alcohol is making the situation more complicated.
just please be safe... but there is only way to win: quit and quit for good.
