i looked up to see if there was any meetings tonight but no luck there so its been a day of dealing with my girlfriends brothers woman and her three snotty ass kids so and watching baseball and of course we lost but it dosnt help that im a royals fan lol then i found a couple movies i was going to watch and twilight was on and then everyone shows up and everything goes haywire so i just hit record and came into my bedroom and got on here so i think i handled it all right but who knows lol but at least i made it three days woo hoo but i did have to take a couple of my xanex but if thats the least of my worries i can live with that

Remember to breath. Honestly, i get so wound up sometimes (and this was absolutely awful my first few weeks off alcohol) that i forgot to breath. It's amazing what going into the bathroom, shutting the door, turning on the faucet (for a little white noise) and taking a minute or two for some deep breaths will do for you. It brings down your blood pressure, calms down your mind...maybe just for a little while but it's more than you had a few moments before that. Good job on Day 3. Keep it up!
