anyone know why we throw caution to the wind?
In the past, I also thought "no big deal, it's just one or two drinks, just like everyone else, it's normal."
Then I realized that over the past 10+ years, I can count the times I stopped drinking after two drinks on one hand.
I got honest with myself and realized that I can NEVER drink again. I cannot continue to fool myself and think that I can handle alcohol.
When I think about drinking I just force myself to remember all the bad that came of it in the past and what bad might happen in the future if I drink again.
