I was thinking about this thread a lot last night and it basically comes down to:
People who don't have substance abuse problems don't ever sit around and wonder, or question if they have an issue.
I, for one, was so blinded by my addiction that it literally owned my soul and would not allow me to stop by my own devices.
There was simply no thinking my way out of it, no matter how hard I tried. I honestly think I was convinced that one day I would wake up without the addiction and then everything would be normal. That day was *always* tomorrow
