2 weeks today!!!
2 weeks sober today! I really wanted to rip my husbands head off for those 2 weeks but yesterday my smile came back! I'm feeling peaceful again.
I though about taking my daughter to the amusement park and really wanted to stop and get a glass of wine while I was there. Thankfully that feeling went away in about 5 minutes and I decided not to go anyway since I had so much grocery shopping to do.
I think this is the longest I've gone not drinking while not pregnant or nursing.

Well done. You have 14 days. I have 11. Sort of like an older sister, it makes me hopeful to think that if we both do what we know we should do and can do, on June 19th, 2032, you will still have been sober for about 72 hours longer than me. And so it shall remain, always.
