3 days and 17 hours in!
And I feel fantastic!
My boyfriend and I went on bicycle ride, and are making chicken, Asparagus and Avocado wraps for dinner tonight. All I have been doing is drinking water and trying to stay healthy. The first two days were the worst. I felt anxious, and aggressive. Today I feel great and for that I am grateful! Thanks for the support everyone!

Wonderful to hear such positive stuff, emerald! It's such a relief to be unburdened from those chains - and it'll keep getting better. You never have to go back to those miserable old days. You're doing great.

I think it helps that my Dad actually had an accident and I only found out about it yesterday. He is a heavy drinker and they found a cerebral aneurysm in his brain. I think it might be correlated. Even if it's not, I feel like it's a sign from the universe, and I just need to take it! I need to be here for my Dad if he needs me, and I don't want to end up like him.
