Hello, I'm foggycat... aka na4today

I'm not new to this site but I have been gone for years. I got clean, I thought I was all that, and went out to get a life and have been fighting to stay alive ever since.

I was trolling around on google and whatever I typed in....this site was the first one that came up. So I felt like God was telling me to get back to my roots. This place was my salvation last time. And there are so many of you that I remember. Just wish I could remember my login for my other name.

I'm glad to see some of the old faces still here and active and I look forward to meeting the new ones.

Good to see you back. Do you mind telling us what your drug of choice was and how long sober?

I went into a detox center and from there I went to a rehab center but didn't stay, I couldn't handle it. After that I went to NA meetings like crazy and spent alot of time on here reading and posting stuff.

Drug of choice is Xanax and a lot of it.... I am not officially clean yet. I chickened out of the detox this time because of the toll it took on me physicallly and mentally last time to do a rapid detox. So I am doing a slow taper this time to help keep my withdrawals as bearable as possible. It is going to take some months but I am trying
