You know I have 'friends' like this too. She wants to put you in your place, makes her feel better for you to be the messed up one. Sounds like she doesn't want for her little pet to grow some wings.
You know what happened is long past, you've felt the shame and it's time to let yourself let it go. Say goodbye to that relic of pain and you really don't need to visit it again, ever! As for your 'friend' she sounds toxic, you're a grown woman, you know what to do with her !!
Peace and strength! There are stacks and stacks of tools to deal with that unhappy memory, CBT and REBT are fantastic, quick and easy for me!
