Day 3
 

Hanging in there. Hope it goes better than yesterday; maybe today I will leave the house. Just through today....day 3.

I have no words of wisdom, but I am on Day 4 so I know how you feel. In my craziness all I can think of is the daunting task ahead, but I know I need to stay in the moment and get separation from alcohol first and foremost..good luck.

Good for you on three days! Just keep at it, I promise things will only get better.

I'm glad you're getting through Day 3. Would going out to catch a meeting help? Talk to someone on the phone?

Day 3 here for me as well and still a bit shaky with the cloudiness upstairs. I'm happy to be back working again after a week off and finally getting some household chores done. It does get better ericz!
