Day 4 of no drinking or drugging. Head is clearer and gaining ground each day.

Putting aside the shame and pity that comes with the process to allow only the light in.

Good work! I was chatting with a guy after a meeting last night and lamenting my recent relapse, and he just said stop it, don't even go there, this is what we are, no shame.
