Up early mine as well write. :)
Good early morning SR,
I thought about something yesterday and today, and that is I cant give enough back to what has been given to me. But, AA involves a continuous strive to keep improving my self to help others. I must work at this daily. And only daily I have to keep in mind this process and program is not measured in weeks, months, or years. For I am never going to be cured of my disease but a daily reprieve.
For me alcoholism is only kept at bay by daily living of the program. It truly is a timeless program in every sense of the word.
With that you know to Smile cause Sobriety looks good on YOU. !!!

So nice to be able to get up early and not feel like death, and enjoy a long day of sunshine. Not sleep thru it. Life can be so sweet. 
Time to figure out whats for dinner... thinking chicken francaise.
