30 Days

Well, I made it 30 days!

But yesterday was THE toughest day yet. There was really nothing that triggered it either. If it hadn't been for my wife (and prayer) I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have made it through. And my son, daughter-in-law and grandkids surprised me with a visit last evening too (they live 3 1/2 hours away). All of that combined was a blessing....

...as well as you guys here. YOU ROCK! Thanks for this site and the support! It has helped me immensely through some rough moments.

just be aware that every 30 days can be "tricky" as our body changes in those 30 days, be vigilant!!

Thanks to everyone for their comments and congrats! Definitely hasn't been easy and I will continue to be vigilant. It's a new life and a good one... and again thanks to everyone for the support here!
