Day 72.

I'm happy I'm not white knuckling. Taking things one day at a time get's better and easier by the day. Still dreaming vivid about doing drugs and shuch once in a while. Like tonight.

My strange sprititual hoogabooga is paying off. All those nights reading strange books scrubbling notes in moldy note books by candle light LOL.
I'm councelling PHD's twice my age now.

Karma can be a real b$%^# or your best friend, depending how you treat her I guess.

I just got my spirituality on, yo - a monster bike ride along the cliffs above Brighton. Just me an the sea and the sky. It's as close to serene as I reckon I can get.
