Farmer's Market Refuge From The Storm
 

Starts today and I am going. It's a good walk and a good place to hang out. This is a good place for me to be. Surrounded by fresh fruits and vegetables and people. I live in an area with casinos, bars and liquor stores all around me. Its good to go and not be a social isolate. I went to the casino down the block last week to get change for laundry and it felt toxic. Morning but the bar was doing good buiness and the slots were ringing. Couldn't get out soon enough. Too many bad memories of bad times I mistook as good. Important I find healthy places populated by healthy people. Later this month the free outdoor street concerts begin, other than the beer stalls its pretty good too. I don't want to stay isolated but don't want to set myself up. The summer walking trails also beckon. Its not about doing nothing its about doing things differently. Hope you all have a good weekend.

Well the joy of living at the foothills of the Sierras. Too cold and super wind, vendor booths flying in the wind so I guess I'll stick with SR today. Summer will break but not today. It's still a good refuge and not too windy.

Sorry it didn't work out - maybe next time Fitz? :)
