almost forgot to log in for my 3rd day.

it was a weird day with the stanley cup and nba finals game 7. watchin without a drink is so different. went to a meeting with a speaker, it was a big meeting with over 50 peeps.
good message. cravings are kickin in, its all a mental game,

Nice job on day three goat79....I'm glad you are getting something out of the meetings. Have you read the Big Book?...If not you should...It's a book you can study. I got sober last July and one of the first things I though about was...How am I going to make it through football season without drinking?...Alcoholic mind at it's best. Well I did...Never passed out watching any games and I remember who won the superbowl. Here's the Big Book online if you don't have one. You have a good Sunday too...Don't drink today.

goat - you're another fine inspiration for me although I don't know if I could (or did) accomplish all you did on the first day. Tomorrow is a fresh day and I am determined to kick this evil disease and get productive as well. It might also be an idea for me to try and keep some food down.

Nonetheless, glad I'm here, glad you're here and we are on the right track!

just got back from the worse meeting. there was no time limit and people were tellin their whole life stories. wanted to bolt outta there.

well I feel like ****, all I can do is keep myself busy, and take back control of my life ya know.
