Smile With help from SR and my counselor
I'll have two and a half years tomorrow! It hasn't always been easy but it's been worth it. I love my life sober and only wish I'd done this sooner. I wasted so much time in the bottle...

I once thought I was hopeless, doomed to fail, but with the help of my friends here and my fantastic counselor I didn't give up. I gave it one more try - that was two and a half years ago. If I can do it I'm sure you can too.

Congrats least!!! You're an inspiration to us all! 2.5 years and you're still here on the newbie forum, lol? Hahaha, you'd better stay here. Having people with longer terms of sobriety under their belt gives folks who are just starting out or a few months along so much to hope for. Keep being a beacon for us and keep doing yourself proud!
