Hello,
This is day 2 for me. Yesterday I felt better than today physically speaking. Today I'm craving more and nauseated. I did work out and plan on taking a walk this evening. The good thing is that I mentally feel better getting up today with no regrets, black outs or shame. I love that feeling.

I'm on day 4. I understand rhe cravings, nausea, etc. I just read Nigel's post about cravings and there were many helpful comments from the others. Take a look. It may help. Enjoy your day and keep it up!
