I'm so sorry to hear about what you've been through and how little support you've had. I hope through NA and this forum, you never have to feel alone and hopeless again.
I found that a lot of my depression/anxiety started to lift when I stopped drinking. Being on a chemical roller coaster is miserable - I've had plenty of times when I didn't feel like living. I found hope on this forum and I know you will, too!
