6 months sober
Hi guys.
Last time I posted, the doctors thought I may have had alcohol brain damage, but after seeing some high profile professors, they said I have brain problems associated with binge drinking; hers my short story:
Girlfriend broke up with me, drank every day for 4 weeks, then was off and on alcohol for another 3 weeks, having 3 day binges per week. Felt horrific the first few months, now feel a little better, but still have big problems with memory and planning act. Been sober 6 months!
Anyone here been on big binges and recovered there brain power over time?
