Feeling so much better today emotionally, sometimes, interestingly, that can be a trigger. Like, well I got throught that so I'm fine. Don't need to keep my guard up or support system in place. For a smart guy I can get incredibly dumb. So I've got bluegrass playing and SR up and running. A great combo.

Sounds like a good plan to me. I'd love to play my music too, but my toddler is making me watch Yo Gabba Gabba with her. The show is an abomination, but she loves it.

Been doing a lot of thread reading today, thinking and responding and I think I'm helping myself the most. Weird.

This is really a good day for me. After daze of depression the sun has come out again. I continue to listen to music and keep with SR. It's so important I didn't pick up when I kept giving myself so many excuses. You guys were critical and I can never pay it all back but I'll do what I can. We are a community and family in the deepest sense.
