Tribal, no matter what your addiction is, "bottom" is your own definition. It doesn't have to be a catastrophic event ... it's just when you decide you've had enough of your destructiveness. Hopelessness, despair, self-loathing, disgust, fear ... they all come into play when you've had "enough."
