I've got this!

So today is day 2 and I'm finding it much easier this time around . I'm not planning every non-working minute around drinking, an exercising regularly, and eating healthy.

Hooray for day 2! I can do this!

Be careful, those are words I said and then I drank. I have to continually add tools to my box for when the moment comes when I think I can drink.
