Ive just been on the phone with the suicide hotline i need to cal again

Even my wifr is sick of listening. Im really bad im shaking and i cant evven go back to the hospital. Nobody left to talk to. Who do i call now i need help

Are you drinking now?

John, Life at any stage is precious. You can get everything back but not life. No one returns to correct anything after death. Please do not throw away this prccious gift called life. Life will get better eventually. In this world nothing remains in the same stage. Keep courage..

Please talk to the doctor as they know how to help you. If you feel like you don't want to leave your house, then talk to us. We will support you!

Where do you live John?...What city?....If you are drinking...Put the drink down. You can't help yourself if you're drinking. I've had that feeling there is no way out...And that's what got me busy on finding one. I can tell you John....There is a way out...You can live a happy...Normal life without alcohol....But it starts...With putting down the drink.

John... what city/country are you in? You can talk on here or ring up helplines/go to hospitals for advice.. don't give up reaching out for help (and stopping drinking)
