Day 6
 

Well, made it through the weekend and have to say day 5 was probably the worst yet as far as anxiety, feeling "off balance", headaches, and generally in a fog. Not drinking is actually the easy part compared to the crappy feelings

Hoping day 7 forward will be better. Best wishes to everyone else here and thanks for the encouragement along the way

Hi Scott. Glad you checked in. I know we say it all the time, but it does get much better as you go along. I wasn't very happy those first few weeks. Finally, the fog cleared and the sun began to come out. It actually took a few months to really feel good, but every day was a bit better than the last.

Proud of you for reaching Day 6 - we all understand how hard it is. :)
