I am with you as well! No alcohol for me tonight! Only decaf tea! Remember to reward yourself in other ways Luling. I used a glass of wine (Really big glass that held a bottle) as a reward after having a bad day, good day, ok day, productive day, non productive day

Luling do you have a pogo account? If you or anyone is ever interested in playing board games let me know! That helps me stay sober and it would be nice to have the company of someone who is dealing with similar struggles!
